Hi, I'm Jen. At a young age, the passion to design beautiful works of art, feeling the joy in creating magical memories, and simple love for baking would be set into motion. It was evident early on that I possessed a natural ability for decorating tasty treats, so my mother took me under her wing; guiding me as I began icing and piping buttercream flowers. 

     My foundation is built on tradition, but I am far from stuck with the mind of ‘one way being the only way’ Oh no!  I have honed my expertise in high volume grocery stores and wedding couture bakeries. Fondant figures and animals are my absolute favorite, I feel that they offer me the freedom to be my most creative self. My one of a kind clientele pushes me to constantly learn and test new ways to create custom masterpieces.

     Now located in Austin, Texas, I have been able to fully embrace the quirkiness of the city by using even more color and taking on even bolder customizations for weddings, holidays, and special occasions.
